MINI-SESSION DETAILS AND POLICIES
Mini-Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, any client that is late to their session, will lose that time from their session. To avoid this, Clients should intend to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their session start time.
Heather Nadine Photography will use this time wisely and try to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame. This will include entire family images, images of siblings together, and images of children individually, as long as time allows and children are willing to be photographed. The session schedule will indicate if pets are welcome and again will be contingent on time and if the pet is willing to be photographed. Sorry, there will be no time for clothing changes. As mini-sessions and their inclusions are offered at a discounted rate, no other offers or discounts apply, and re-shoots are not offered.
It is the Client's responsibility that any children involved in the photography session arrive in the following condition:
-Healthy (free of illness)
-Full belly (Hunger = unhappy children)
-Well rested (Fatigue = unhappy children)
-Clean (Face, clothing, etc.).
SESSION FEE/PAYMENT
Heather Nadine Photography has a NO Refunds policy. Any money paid will be credited towards a future session in the event of a cancellation. We can reschedule your shoot.
Due to the limited slots and back to back booking, mini session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. Your session fee includes 1 photography session, basic retouching of the selected images, hosting of the gallery on my website, and digital download of high resolution images with print release for your use. The price of the session and number of images included depends on the individual mini session being promoted.
Basic retouching is defined removing small blemishes, brightening teeth brightening eyes, and smoothing skin. Complex retouching includes but is not limited to removal of scars and heavy blemishes, excessive tan line removal, tattoo removal, subtle face or body slimming are not included in mini-sessions but can be provided for an additional fee at the client's request.
TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) ON DELIVERABLES
Under normal circumstances, Heather Nadine Photography will deliver your images via an online gallery link within 2-3 weeks. You will be informed if TAT's are later than that at the day of your shoot. TAT's are longer during peak season months such as the last quarter of the year. If you need your photos back sooner than the TAT given, you may pay an Expedite Fee to have your photos edited and delivered sooner.
COPYRIGHT
It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without written permission of Heather Nadine Photography. Heather Nadine Photography retains all copyright. Please note for digital sessions, you do receive a Right of Reproduction which will allow you to make prints of all digital images. Only the Client(s) named on the print release are authorized to download and print images. If sharing images on social media, the Client will credit the images to Heather Nadine Photography
MODEL RELEASE
Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Heather Nadine Photography. for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote the business name and the images can be used without additional compensation to the client.
EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER
Photographing or videotaping is prohibited. Please do not bring your own camera, camcorder or recording device to the session. (This includes cell phone cameras and video recorders).
