Location! Location! Location!

It's all about the best location!

Often times when clients inquire about a photo session, they know the style and the theme of what they want but have no idea of where to take the photos which is totally fine because I know of some awesome spots.

So I decided to make things easier for you and do a little round up of my absolute favorite photoshoot locations in the DFW area! This way you can choose which one would work best for your session. 😀

Because yes... Planning a photoshoot can be stressful. Especially with kids! I want to help make it as easy as possible for you! Pictures are an investment that will last a lifetime, and I want you to enjoy every minute of it and be happy with every aspect of the experience! From the weeks leading up to our time together to the final gallery delivery. I'm here for you!

I will be constantly updating this list as I visit new locations or visit new areas in locations I've visited before, so keep checking back to see where I'm shooting!

Heather Nadine Studio

Of course I'm going to list MY studio first 😄! At this time, my studio is small space (I'm hoping for a larger space in the future). So I am currently only offering posed/lifestyle newborn, baby milestones, boudoir, and headshots in this space. I am currently unable to accommodate groups larger than 4.

McCormick Park -- Euless

Everyone L O V E S McCormick Park! It's always gorgeous and it's my go-to. The best time of day to go is golden hour! 1-1.5 hour before sunset when the sun is filtering beautiful through the trees and reflecting off the lake in the most perfect way! In early spring, the bluebonnets bloom, and in the fall the trees change color.

It's no wonder why it's a popular favorite!

Eagle Mountain Park -- Fort Worth

This gorgeous park offers tons of different looks within a minute walk from the parking lot. There are gorgeous trails, open fields, thick trees, rustic old buildings, and cactus. You can shoot here any time of the day and find a great spot with great light! It gets pretty busy here on the weekends and especially when the weather is nice so keep that in mind when booking. Also, there's not a good place to change clothes if you want a couple of outfits so ask me about my changing pop-up tent! Parking and admission is free.

Kimbell Art Museum -- Fort Worth

The architecture, the scenery, the reflecting pool... its a beautiful modern and romantic vibe! The backdrop offers neutral textures and just glows at golden hour! It's completely free to park and photograph at the Kimbell.

Dallas Arboretum ($30 location fee) -- Dallas

The Arboretum is HUGE and full of gorgeous spots perfect for every photo session! In the fall, they do a big Pumpkin Patch and in the spring there's tulips! Year around it's absolutely perfect!

Elmer Oliver Nature Park -- Mansfield ($20 travel fee)

Live in the Mansfield area? This park is PERFECT for you! It’s huge and just gorgeous.

 In the spring there’s a bluebonnet patch that is oh so pretty, and even in the winter, this park is amazing!

River Legacy Park -- Arlington

Back when I lived in Arlington, I used to go to River Legacy all the time. There are many trails and views of the Trinity River that make the perfect background for photos. It's huge and gorgeous! Absolutely perfect at golden hour!

Airfield Falls -- Fort Worth

MODEL CALL for this location! I haven't had a photoshoot here yet but I want to. It's so beautiful and I'm really looking forward to photographing a session at this gorgeous location! There's a waterfall, bridge, trails, tons of greenery!
